Where is my money?

MistralPay processes payments on behalf of companies selling products and services via the Internet. These companies have authorized MistralPay to debit your account in order to purchase a product or service. Please note that it may take up to three days, or in a small amount of cases even longer, for your purchase to be processed. 

If you do not recall making the purchase, please check whether you or someone in your household has recently bought anything online, by mail or telephone. If you are certain that this is NOT the case, please get in touch with the supplier or your personal bank.
